​The Rugby Football Club at Georgia State University (RFCGSU) was established in 2011 by original members Greggory Rothmeier, Yiğit Aytaç and David Milligan as they pursued their graduate degrees.  Their diligence to bring rugby back to GSU proved fruitful as the program developed under it's first President Samuel Rodriguez.

With the foundation firmly in place RFCGSU went 4-4 its first season under the leadership of Captain Drew Crosby in 2012.  Our beginnings have been humble, but our future is bright.  We encourage all students at Georgia State to come out and become apart of rugby, whether as a player or in assisting with the administrative tasks involved.
